Do you want to know how to make money online? If so, you’re in luck! Learning how to make money online can be pretty simple. In fact, it’s not difficult at all if you know what you’re doing and which online opportunities to pursue. If you’re interested in learning about some of the best ways to make money online, keep reading to find out more about some of the most popular ways to earn an income while working from home.

1) Try Skillshare

Skillshare is a fantastic resource that allows you to teach whatever you’re an expert in, whether it’s web design or creating Twitter bots. If there’s something you love and can share, Skillshare is a platform that will let your passion lead to profits. Simply by creating a profile where people can book lessons with you, teachers (that's what Skillshare calls its tutors) can make up to $10 per hour on average teaching about things they are good at, like cooking or running. When I was writing my latest cookbook proposal, I didn't have time to test all 100 recipes and shoot all of my own photos—so I signed up for Skillshare and taught two classes about how social media could help authors sell more books.

2) Pick Up Side Work

Ever heard of TaskRabbit? It’s a website that allows you to outsource small jobs—everything from furniture assembly, home improvement projects and running errands. (Interested in earning an extra $500 per month? Learn how here.) Another great option is Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), which allows you to work remotely with flexible hours. 3) Start A Blog

This is a great way to make money online. After spending time on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest exploring content related to your industry, you’ll be able to find opportunities that will help you earn some cash. With a site of your own, you can keep those eyeballs coming back again and again by publishing articles regularly (and promoting them via social media), sharing affiliate links, selling ad space or owning digital products like e-books or online courses. Another advantage: If your site takes off, it can become passive income in itself—meaning you’ll earn money from all those readers without having to do any additional work.

4) Complete Surveys

Survey sites are a great way to make quick cash online. Companies want feedback on their products and services, and one good way is through surveys and research studies. Survey sites will pay you between $1 and $5 per survey, although most surveys only take about 5-10 minutes to complete. If you sign up for several survey sites, you can keep earning more money from your extra time. Get paid fairly quickly with some companies when you don’t qualify for a survey—this is called rejection sampling. Some of these sites include Toluna, MySurvey, Survey Junkie and Pinecone Research among others. The amount of actual money earned can vary quite a bit, but it’s definitely something that can add up over time if done consistently!

5) Write Reviews

Most people have strong opinions about things like music, movies, and books—and companies will pay good money for your opinion. Sites like Vindale Research are looking for reviewers who can provide their honest feedback about products. It usually pays between $1 and $5 per review, with your compensation determined by a complex formula based on difficulty, subject matter, length of review, and more. You could make up to $100 a month depending on how much time you invest in it. There are plenty of other market research firms out there as well (but do an internet search first). With a bit of creativity and persistence you’ll find one that pays!

6) Use Google Opinion Rewards App

The easiest way to make money online with little or no effort is through Google Opinion Rewards. The app gives you access to surveys, which pay anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars. The majority of questions are about current events, politics and other hot topics. Some surveys may take as long as 15 minutes and if you don't qualify, you earn $0.50! It's by far one of my favorite apps because it requires zero work on your part; just open it up during commercials or in line at Starbucks, answer a couple questions, collect your cash and go about your day.

7) Do Microtasks

No matter your skill level, you can find ways to earn a little extra money. Whether it’s doing simple jobs on TaskRabbit, working as a virtual assistant or getting paid to complete surveys and offers, there are plenty of opportunities out there for making a few bucks. If you’re looking to make more substantial money, consider starting your own business so that you can really get in business. But if you just want some quick cash now and then, sign up with one of these sites today

8) Rent Out Your Car (Getaround)

Have an extra car sitting around? Why not use it as an asset to make some extra cash and, more importantly, get some extra use out of your vehicle. From ridesharing to deliveries, there are a variety of ways you can rent out your car on Getaround. And right now, Getaround is offering their users up to $250 in free gas if they sign up with my referral link! You can also see how much money other people have made by renting out their cars here.

9) Explore Fiverr

Fiverr is one of the easiest and fastest ways to make money online. In Fiverr, you offer basic services (called gigs) at a fixed price of $5. People then select your gig and order it, paying you $5 immediately via PayPal. Don't worry if you're not a creative type—there are all kinds of gigs on Fiverr: writing, translation, marketing help and everything in between. For example, if you're a tech geek with great communication skills, there's a gig for that! You can be an expert in Facebook or Twitter marketing; or fluent in English but not too fluent in Spanish? There's a gig for translating from English into Spanish!

10) Get Paid To Download Apps (AppTrailers)

Downloading apps isn’t just a fun way to pass time—it can actually earn you money. If you’re interested in monetizing your app-loving habit, head over to AppTrailers, which offers a quick and easy way to download programs from your favorite brands and get paid in return. You can choose from companies like Macy’s, H&M, Chipotle and more. Each time you download an app from one of these retailers, it pays you a fee between $0.50-$2. It may not seem like much—but if 500 people download ten apps each day that could amount to as much as $1 million per year! There are no strings attached: Download an app and get paid!
